Bonjour, j'ai acheté cet article mais, ayant des travaux à effectuer, j'ai attendu pour ouvrir le colis que la personne qui va me le monter et le poser soit disponible. Je viens d'ouvrir le colis et je constate que la piece Dr-E4 est abîmée et présente une fente sur le bord
Est ce que vous me la remplacez ?

Il devrait être précisé qu’il ne faut pas de chapeau au dessus des piliers pour pouvoir fixer le portail…. Voir notice … sinon impossible de mettre la partie gauche du portillon… car la barre de finition dois coulisser dans la barre de fixation …
