En mi caso el problema es que parece que en el tranporte se les debió caer la caja de la estructura de la pérgola porque me llegó la caja parcheada con plástico y cinta adhesiva del transportista y la caja maltrecha. El problema es que dos de las cuatro patas de la pérgola acabaron abolladas.
Otros elementos de la pérgola sufrieron también algún golpe o ralladura pero más superficiales, a penas perceptibles, pero lo de las patas si que me pareció lamentable y se ve mucho una vez montado.
No es culpa de la empresa, pero evidentemente a mi no me llegó en perfecto estado como producto nuevo que compré.
Por lo demás muy contento y satisfecho de la compra.
