Commande reçue en 3 jours. Pas de prise de rendez-vous mais colis déposé avec soin derrière le portail et bien emballé.
Montage simple en prenant son temps, ensemble des pièces repérées, étiquettes, sachets ou directement sur les pièces, notice claire, un enfant de 10 ans y arriverait.
Très bonne qualité du produit.
Assemblage et montage avec dépose de mon ancien portillon, environ 6h au total, un pro le ferait en 2 fois moins de temps.
Je recommande ce produit installé ce jour, à voir maintenant la durée dans le temps, mais aucuns doutes vu les pièces en aluminium et autres.
