The warranty covers all electrical equipment (provided that wiring has been carried out in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with standard C 15.100).
The axis is guaranteed for 5 years on the resistance of the materials used, with the exception of corrosion and decomposition of certain materials due to the use of shock treatments or automated treatments that are not regulated and unrelated to the shutter's operation.
PVC slats come with a 3-year warranty on buoyancy, watertightness and hinging.
The solar panel is guaranteed for 10 years, and the battery for 1 year.
The warranty does not cover discoloration of the slats, deformation due to use not in accordance with our instructions, or immersion of the motors.
