For a better experience and for an adequate training, do not hesitate to follow the following recommendations:
- 0.8 to 3 km / h bad physical state
- 3 to 4.5 km / h slow
- 4.5 to 6 km / h normal operation
- 6 to 7.5 km / h brisk walking
- 7.5 to 9 km / h jogging
- 9 to 12 km / h average runner
- 12 to 16 km / h experienced rider

The Usain treadmill also allows you to choose up to 12 running programs that will provide you with personalized training.
You can also adjust your training program beforehand and changes will be made automatically during your race.
