BERA® Gravel Fix™ with its honeycomb structure is designed to provide a stable, solid base for access paths, parking lots, driveways or similar, using gravel.
Gravel Fix is a stabilization system for gravel and will provide a stable, porous and draining surface for outdoor landscaping.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS :

1. FOUNDATION

The profile of the foundation is determined by the conditions and the anticipated load. For footpaths: a uniform 10 cmlayer of white sand. For light vehicles: a compact 15-20cm layer of crushed stone plus a 4-6cm layer of white sand.

2. SHAPING

Use aluminum, steel, flexible wood or PVC kerbstones to create the desired shape.

Use a laser level to align the heights with the surroundings.

3. COMPACT

A stable, well-compacted base, as used in all other paving methods, is essential for BERA GRAVEL

FIX™ Smart. Failure to comply with this step may maintain a decrease in the expected effectiveness of BERA GRAVEL FIX™ Smart.

4. LEVELLING

After compaction, level the sand layer, removing any excess. Remove all pebble debris from this sand layer.

5. INSTALLATION

Each panel has 2 sides with a geotextile overhang. Lay the panels on the surface of the geotextile protruding from the adjacent panels for maximum stabilization, optimized control of root growth and excellent support.

Cut panels to fit edges or obstacles using power or hand tools, ensuring that they are firmly seated against the edges.

5. FILLING
